The core migration process has been successfully completed, and we are currently finalizing the last steps required to safely restore full platform availability. Please be assured:
All customer data remains secure and fully protected
No data has been lost
The remaining work is related to final system stabilization and performance verification
Our engineering team continues to actively monitor the process and is working to bring the platform back online as soon as possible.
We will provide another update within 2 hours or immediately once services are restored.

Expected Duration: Approximately 12 hours
Maximum Expected Duration: Up to 20 hours
During this window:
The platform will be temporarily unavailable
Users will not be able to log in or perform any actions
All data remains secure and protected
No data will be lost
This migration is a precautionary measure to strengthen our infrastructure and ensure long-term stability.
Our engineering team will actively monitor the process and provide progress updates throughout the maintenance window.
